These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Spinlana ("Spinlana", "we", "us", "our") and govern your use of the Spinlana website, games, chat and every related service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling where you live if that is higher (for example 21 in some places).
• Online gambling must be legal where you are. It is your responsibility to know and follow your local laws. Do not use the Service from any country or region where online gambling or cryptocurrency gambling is illegal.
• You may not use a VPN, proxy or any other tool to hide your location or get around these rules.
• We may ask you to prove your age, identity or location at any time, and may refuse or close any account at our discretion.

2. Your account

• You may open only one account. Multiple accounts, shared accounts or accounts opened for someone else are not allowed. We check for duplicate accounts, including by IP address.
• The information you give us must be true and kept up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done from your account. Tell us through Live Support straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.
• Accounts cannot be sold, transferred or lent.

3. Gems, Coins and SOL

• Gems are the Service's main balance. Gems are obtained with SOL (Solana) at the rate shown on the Service when you deposit, and can be withdrawn subject to Section 4. The SOL value of gems follows the market price of SOL and can go up or down; we are not responsible for changes in the price of SOL.
• Coins are a separate in-site currency with no cash value. Coins cannot be withdrawn, sold or exchanged for gems, SOL or money, except where the Service itself offers it (for example in the Coin Market).
• Gems and coins are not bank deposits, earn no interest and are not your property beyond the right to use them on the Service under these Terms.
• If a balance is credited to you by mistake (a bug, a pricing error or an admin error), we may correct it, including by removing the amount.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

• Only send SOL to the deposit address shown for your account, on the Solana network. Funds sent to a wrong address, on a wrong network or as a wrong token may be lost and we may be unable to recover them.
• The minimum withdrawal is 20 gems.
• Gems received as a bonus or reward (for example rakeback, daily bonuses, missions, rain, the wheel or affiliate earnings) come with a 1x wager requirement: you must wager that amount before you can withdraw. Withdrawals are blocked while a wager requirement is still open.
• Withdrawals and SOL prizes are reviewed and sent manually and may take time. We may ask for verification first, and may delay or refuse a withdrawal if we suspect fraud, abuse, money laundering or a breach of these Terms.
• You are responsible for giving a correct Solana wallet address. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once sent.
• Network fees may apply.

5. Games and fairness

• Our games are provably fair: each result comes from a server seed, your client seed and a nonce, and you can check any bet on the Fairness page.
• Every game has a house edge (generally around 2%), which means that over time the Service keeps part of what is wagered. Past results do not affect future results.
• A bet is final once it is placed and settled. If a game, the server or the network malfunctions, the affected bets may be voided and the stakes returned. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays."
• The game rules and payouts shown on each game are part of these Terms.

6. Bonuses, rewards and promotions

• The Service offers rewards such as rakeback, daily, weekly and monthly bonuses, daily and weekly missions with a reward multiplier, rain, the prize wheel, deposit bonuses, leaderboards and an affiliate program. Each one follows the rules shown with it on the Service.
• We may change, pause or end any reward or promotion at any time, including the amounts, odds and rules.
• Rewards are meant for normal, fair play. If we find abuse (for example multiple accounts, collusion, bots, exploiting a bug or betting patterns designed only to collect rewards), we may cancel the rewards and any winnings from them and close the accounts involved.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• use bots, scripts or any automated tool, except the Auto bet features built into the Service;
• cheat, collude with other players or manipulate any game, reward or leaderboard;
• exploit a bug or error instead of reporting it to us;
• use the Service to launder money, finance anything illegal or move funds that are not yours;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts;
• harass, threaten, scam or impersonate anyone, including our staff.

8. Chat and community

Chat is public. Be respectful: no spam, begging, advertising, hate speech, harassment, sharing other people's personal information, or links to scams. We may delete messages and mute, suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. Our staff will never ask for your password or your wallet's private key or seed phrase.

9. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Only play with what you can afford to lose, set yourself limits and take breaks. If you feel you are losing control, stop playing and contact Live Support to have your account closed or restricted. Free help is available from organizations such as Gamblers Anonymous and BeGambleAware.

10. Suspension and closure

We may suspend, restrict or close your account at any time if we believe you have broken these Terms, the law or the rules of a promotion, or to protect the Service or other players. In that case we may withhold or cancel balances and winnings linked to the breach. You can ask us to close your account at any time through Live Support; any withdrawable gems will be handled under Section 4.

11. Intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, games, images and code, belongs to Spinlana or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse any part of it without our written permission.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free or secure, or that you will win. Cryptocurrency carries risks, including price changes, network problems and the loss of funds sent to a wrong address.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Spinlana is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data or cryptocurrency, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of withdrawable gems in your account when the claim arose.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Spinlana for any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or of the law, or from your misuse of the Service.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Curaçao, unless the law of your country gives you a right to bring it elsewhere.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Spinlana ("we", "us", "our") collects when you use our website and services (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy and to our Terms of Service.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: your username, email address and password. Your password is stored only as a secure one-way hash; we cannot see it.
• Profile picture, if you upload one.
• Messages: what you post in the public chat, and your Live Support conversations, including any pictures you attach.
• Wallet addresses: the Solana wallet address you give us to receive withdrawals or SOL prizes.

Information collected automatically

• IP addresses and login times: recorded when you register and log in, and used to secure accounts and detect duplicate accounts.
• Activity on the Service: your bets and their results, deposits, withdrawals, balances, rewards, missions, rain entries, wheel spins, notifications and affiliate activity.
• Provably fair seeds used for your bets.

Cookies and browser storage

• One essential cookie keeps you logged in. It lasts up to 7 days and cannot be read by page scripts.
• Your browser's local storage keeps small preferences on your own device, such as your sound setting and your Live Stats panel. This data is not sent to us.
• We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

2. How we use your information

• To create and run your account and let you play, deposit, withdraw and receive rewards.
• To keep the Service secure and fair: preventing fraud, multiple accounts, bonus abuse and cheating, and enforcing our Terms.
• To provide support and answer your requests.
• To send you in-site notifications about your balance, rewards and support tickets.
• To meet legal obligations, such as anti-money-laundering checks, and to respond to lawful requests.

We process your information because we need it to provide the Service you asked for, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the Service safe and fair, and where the law requires it.

3. What other players can see

Some information is public on the Service: your username and profile picture, your chat messages, your bets in the live bets feed, your position and wager on leaderboards, and announcements of big wins and SOL prizes. Do not put personal information in your username or in chat.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with service providers that help us run the Service, such as our hosting provider, only as needed to provide their service;
• with Google Fonts, which provides the site's fonts: your browser loads them from Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address;
• on the Solana blockchain: deposits and withdrawals are recorded on a public blockchain, where wallet addresses and transactions are visible to anyone. We cannot change or delete blockchain records;
• with authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or when it is needed to prevent fraud or protect the rights and safety of Spinlana, our players or others.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When an account is deleted, we delete its account data, including bets, chat messages, notifications, support conversations and login records, except anything we must keep to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes or prevent fraud. Our backups are kept for up to 14 days and then deleted, so deleted information may stay in a backup until then.

6. Security

We protect your information with measures such as hashed passwords, a secure login cookie, access limits and rate limiting. No system is completely secure, so keep your password private and never share your wallet's private key or seed phrase with anyone. Our staff will never ask for them.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. To make a request, contact us through Live Support. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Age

The Service is only for adults (18+, or older where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect information from minors, and we close accounts that belong to them.

9. International transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in countries other than yours. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be processed there, with the protections described in this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
